For service-industry workers
Your pay should follow the visit you made great.
Tip income swings by venue, section and shift, and few service workers have benefits. TipRupt is designed to make tips fairer, steadier and the start of real benefits.
Paid for the part you play
Your role maps to the parts of the visit you influence. When guests rate those parts well, your share of the pool reflects it, alongside your hours on shift.
The whole team shares
Cooks, bartenders, servers and support staff can all share in tips where tip-pool law allows, instead of the tip stopping with whoever brought the check.
Protected from what you can't control
The model is meant to include a floor so nobody is penalized for things outside their control, and it will be tested for fairness and gaming before any pilot.
Tips you can count on
Tips must keep their value between the shift and payday and convert easily to regular money. The current proposal pays tips in a regulated dollar stablecoin, not a speculative coin.
The benefits pool
Benefits that follow you, not your employer.
A defined share of venue subscription revenue is planned to fund benefits for workers across the network, starting with health insurance or a health stipend. Because service workers often move between venues, eligibility is meant to travel with the worker.
Transparent by design
Workers have to trust the split for any of this to work. The plan is a model you can check: every share traces back to the survey results and the hours on shift, and the reference engine is tested to the cent.
