For restaurants and bars
Know what makes a great visit, and reward the team that delivers it.
Public review sites are noisy and skewed toward extremes. TipRupt gives subscribing venues structured feedback from every visit, a tip pool the whole team trusts, and a way to bring guests back.
Short, structured surveys
Guests rate a few dimensions after each visit: food, service, beverage service, facility and more. Customize within limits so results stay comparable across the network.
Results tied to shifts and roles
Ratings are attributed to the shift and to the roles behind each dimension, so you can see what drives a good visit and who delivers it.
A fair, explainable tip pool
The pool is split by results and time on shift, exact to the cent, inside the tip-pool rules that apply to your venue.
Venue informatics
Your own results plus anonymized benchmarks against nearby competitors and similar venues, market trends and guest demographics.
Promos that bring guests back
Guests earn points for surveys you fund and spend them on your promotions, and later across the TipRupt venue network.
A team that wants great reviews
When everyone on shift shares in the results, the kitchen, bar and floor all have a reason to make the visit good.
Plans and pricing
Not set yet.
TipRupt plans to earn from venue subscriptions and coin purchases that fund guest rewards, with a defined share of subscriptions going to the worker benefits pool. Prices will be set during model design and tested with pilot venues.
Interested in piloting?
The roadmap calls for 5 to 10 pilot venues from late 2027, measuring survey completion, tips and worker pay. Get in touch through Byte Synthesis if you would like to take part or share shift data for phase 1 modeling.
